My Parcel Check uses the information you submit to find a supported property record, prepare an informational screening, prevent abuse, and deliver the requested report.
Information we process
A report request may include a property address or parcel identifier, your relationship to the property, property use and condition, rent or expected purchase information, and your email address. Official public records may contain property and taxpayer information supplied by the relevant government authority.
How we use it
- Match a supported property to public assessment and tax records.
- Calculate and email the screening you requested.
- Protect the form from automated abuse and troubleshoot delivery.
- Send occasional guidance or offers only when you separately check the optional marketing box.
Service providers and retention
The pilot does not maintain its own database of completed screening submissions. Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse, and Resend delivers report emails. Those providers may process limited technical and delivery information under their own policies. If you opt in to marketing, your email address is retained as an opted-in contact until you unsubscribe or request removal.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to receive a report. We do not sell email addresses. You can unsubscribe using the link or instructions in a marketing email. The report-delivery email itself is transactional and focused on the report you requested.
Important privacy limits
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, leases, or other sensitive personal documents through the current form. Property records may be public, but your email and the financial details you enter are not published in a public report URL.
