My Parcel Check uses the information you submit to read a supported tax-bill PDF or process values you enter, prepare an informational screening, prevent abuse, deliver the requested report, or respond to a message you send through the contact form.
Information we process
A report request may include an uploaded property-tax bill, property address or parcel identifier, assessment and tax values, your relationship to the property, property use and condition, rent or expected purchase information, and your email address. A contact request may include your name, email address, and the message you choose to send.
How we use it
- Extract available values from a supported tax-bill PDF.
- Calculate and email the screening you requested.
- Protect the form from automated abuse and troubleshoot delivery.
- Respond to questions, feedback, or report issues you send us.
- Send occasional guidance or offers only when you separately check the optional marketing box.
Service providers and retention
The pilot does not maintain its own database of completed screening submissions. Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse, and Resend delivers report emails. Those providers may process limited technical and delivery information under their own policies. Uploaded tax-bill PDFs are processed in memory for the immediate request and are not intentionally saved by My Parcel Check. The extracted values are used to prepare the requested report. If you opt in to marketing, your email address is retained as an opted-in contact until you unsubscribe or request removal. Contact messages are delivered through Resend to a monitored Google email account and may be retained as needed to respond, maintain support history, and prevent abuse.
Anonymous website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and product events such as a successfully sent report or contact message. We do not send email addresses, parcel numbers, property addresses, rent, assessment values, or message contents to analytics.
Your choices
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to receive a report. We do not sell email addresses. You can unsubscribe using the link or instructions in a marketing email. The report-delivery email itself is transactional and focused on the report you requested. Information submitted through the contact form is not added to the marketing list. You may contact us with a privacy or deletion request.
Important privacy limits
Upload only the relevant property-tax bill. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, leases, or unrelated personal documents. Property records may be public, but your email and the financial details you enter are not published in a public report URL.
